Jarvi lets you import an entire LinkedIn Recruiter project or a Sales Navigator list in just a few clicks. All profiles are automatically added to Jarvi with enriched information.
This feature works with both LinkedIn Recruiter and Sales Navigator. The process is the same in both cases.
Start the import from LinkedIn
- Go to LinkedIn Recruiter and open the project you want to import, or open your Sales Navigator list.
- Click on the Jarvi extension icon (visible in the side panel or from the Chrome extensions bar).
- Click on Import as a recruitment project.
The import starts automatically. Jarvi will go through all the profiles in the project and add them to your account.
Find your profiles in Jarvi
- Open Jarvi after launching the import.
- A new project appears with the name of your LinkedIn project.
- Wait a few moments while Jarvi retrieves and enriches all profiles.
Jarvi automatically collects for each profile:
- Basic information (photo, first name, last name, current position)
- Contact details (email, phone)
- Experience, education and skills
- Communication history (emails, LinkedIn, InMails, WhatsApp, etc.)
Automatic synchronization
Once the project is imported, synchronization with LinkedIn happens automatically twice a day. Any new profile added to the LinkedIn project will also be added to Jarvi.
You can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the project details in Jarvi.
You can also link an existing LinkedIn project by pasting the project URL into the corresponding Jarvi project details.
What’s next?
Once your profiles are imported, you can:
- Contact candidates directly from Jarvi (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp…)
- Track each candidate’s progress with customizable statuses
- Export the list in Excel or CSV format
