Jarvi lets you write personalized messages using variables and save them as templates to reuse at any time.
Personalization variables
When writing a message in Jarvi, you can insert variables that will be automatically replaced with the recipient’s information. Type / in the message field to display the list of available variables:
- First name and Last name of the candidate
- Current position and current company
- Tenure in the current position
- And many more…
Example: Hi /First name, I see you’re working at /Current Company as /Current Position.
Variables are automatically replaced at the time of sending. If information is not available for a profile, the variable will be left empty.
