From a profile page, you can send a meeting invitation directly by email. The candidate receives it as a standard calendar invitation, compatible with Google Calendar and Microsoft Teams.
Open the profile
- From a project or your talent pool, click on the profile you want to invite.
- Go to the “Messages” tab or use the quick action button to initiate a meeting invitation.
Configure the meeting
- Click on “Send a meeting invitation”.
- Fill in the meeting details:
- Title of the meeting
- Date and start time
- Duration
- Video conference link (Google Meet, Teams…) if applicable
- Write an accompanying message to include in the invitation.
- Click “Send”.
The invitation is sent from your email address connected to Jarvi. The candidate can accept, decline, or suggest another time directly from their email client.
Track the response
Once the invitation is sent:
- The event appears in your calendar (Google or Teams depending on your configuration).
- The candidate’s response is visible in the history timeline of their profile.
- You can send a follow-up message if the candidate has not yet responded.
