This guide walks you through configuring Jarvi to match the way you work: customizing your statuses, input fields, and setting a message sending schedule.
Customize your statuses and processes
Statuses let you track the progress of your candidates and contacts through your recruitment or prospecting pipeline.
- Go to Jarvi’s Preferences, then click on “Statuses / Process”.
- Select the section to customize: Talents (ATS) or Clients/Prospects (CRM).
- By default, Jarvi offers three status sets: In sourcing, In process and Archived.
- Click ”+ Add a status” to create new stages tailored to your process.
- Reorganize stages by drag and drop and assign them a color for quick identification.
Some statuses are automatically detected by Jarvi (contacted, followed up, replied…) and cannot be modified.
Customize your input fields
Input fields allow you to collect and organize essential information about your talents, companies, projects and contacts.
- Go to Jarvi’s Preferences, then click on “Input fields”.
- Select the category to customize: Talent profile, Project page, Client/Prospect profile or Company page.
- Click ”+ Add a field” and choose the field type:
- Free text: for multiline content.
- Multiple choice: for pre-defined options.
- Date: to select a date.
- Location: to add a location.
- Tags: to add multiple tags.
- Organize your fields by moving them to the desired section of your profiles.
Set your message sending hours
By default, scheduled messages can be sent at any time. To limit sending to your working hours:
- Go to Jarvi’s Preferences, General section.
- Click on “Message sending hours”.
- For each day of the week, set your time slots by clicking the ”+” button.
Messages scheduled manually or automatically by triggers are also subject to these hours. Remember to add them for all the days when you want to send messages.
