Recruit CRM captures more from LinkedIn, integrations run close
Agency pipelines still start on LinkedIn, and both tools also plug into the rest of your stack. The browser extension decides how much a recruiter retypes, and the API and connectors decide how much stays manual downstream.
Crelate
Crelate's Chrome extension captures core fields (name, headline, current company), but reviewers note it pulls limited detail from a LinkedIn page, and there is no one-click LinkedIn company import. Data completion is auto-fill from resumes only, with no external enrichment or email finder built in. Where Crelate holds up is integrations: it exposes a full public API, webhooks and a Marketplace, so a firm can wire it into payroll and back-office tools, though the deepest access sits on higher tiers.
Recruit CRM
Recruit CRM's extension imports a full candidate or company profile in one click with AI parsing, and captures companies as clients, which suits agencies working both sides of the desk. It also exposes a public API, webhooks and a Zapier connector. What it does not do: bulk LinkedIn import, Sales Navigator list import, or a native email finder, so very high-volume sourcing still needs a dedicated tool on top.
Verdict. On LinkedIn capture, Recruit CRM does more out of the box, including company import. On integrations, both cover Zapier, a public API and webhooks, so it comes down to sourcing volume. Neither replaces a dedicated outbound sourcing extension for very high volumes.
